Georgia Baler and Compactor: Your Transfer Systems Specialist!

Georgia Baler and Compactor offers several systems to choose from for Transfer Station applications. Whether you are looking for equipment for a rural or suburban convenience center or a high volume municipal solid waste processing center, We have the right equipment to fit your budget and processing requirements.

BlokPak 3000 Transfer System

BlokPak 3000® Transfer Station Compactor

The BlokPak 3000 is our largest transfer system compactor. It compacts waste against a vertical gate forming a 10 ft. log in the compaction chamber. Each log is ejected into the transfer trailer. The BlokPak continues this process until maximum payload is achieved. When the trailer is full, the BlokPak can continue to be fed while changing trailers, saving valuable time. | More Info

M-Series & Rawhide Series Compactors

M-Series Heavy Duty Industrial Compactor

M-Series Compactors are built tough for the high demands of transfer stations or heavy industrial applications. These compactors can be mounted on a stand to compact directly into the transfer trailer. Extended snouts can also be added to aid in clean break-a-ways. The RAWHIDE™ is a special option that can be applied to the M-Series 1475 Compactor. It has a 48" ram penetration that is especially beneficial for packing out transfer trailers for a clean break-a-way. | More Info

Large Capacity Industrial Stationary Compactors

Large high capacity, heavy-duty compactors are ideal for industrial and commercial applications where large volumes of solid waste are generated. They are also designed for residential collection vehicles serving transfer station applications for municipalities and private contractors. A conveniently located transfer facility will eliminate the need for unnecessary trips to the landfill by intermediate collection vehicles resulting in fuel, maintenance and labor cost reductions. Compaction into large compaction containers or transfer trailers may also reduce dumping fees. | More Info
